I have added a few more blogs to the website. I do need to work harder on adding more blogs so this is a start. Here are the blogs, check them out.
Brave New Climate
This blog is, surprise surprise, about human induced climate change. It focuses on the technical aspects of climate change and on alternative energy.
The author writes with a great deal of knowledge about climate change. Posts are very well written, interesting and not too long. Many blogs such as this feature incredibly long and boring posts that are a chore to read – this is not one of those blogs.
Barry’s posts are very detailed with lots of information and links. There is a very active commenting community with comment threads frequently passing the 50 mark.
This is a high quality blog and is worth a look for any human being interested in the fate of the planet.
Anagrammatically is the personal weblog of Manolis Antoniou. This blog has a broad focus concentrating on Manolis’ personal interests of music, literature and travel. This is a blog with quality content if it does look a little plain, although the minimalist look has a lot going for it.
Manolis knows how to write, his posts are easy to read with a large vocabulary in an essay style with few links or pictures. He writes about music with much knowledge and insight into the various artists.
His blog does not receive a lot of commenters, which does not match with the quality of the content.
I would advise giving it a look if you’re interested in music and travel or just want to read something interesting.
Free Speech In Wonderland
Free Speech In Wonderland is a political blog of the right wing variety. The author, SB, shows a distrust of Islam and the science of global warming. The main focus of this blog is the limitation of free speech, extremist religion, political correctness and how they are affecting our culture in a negative way. Most posts are short with a small extract and a link to the article. The author SB frequently leaves comments on other political blogs.
I was of two minds whether or not to add this blog. The formatting of the posts is all over the place and many of the links don’t work in the sidebar. I added it because some of the articles made me think. Most of the errors on the blog may be down to blogging inexperience so I decided to add the blog anyway.
